- Leak work: we do pressure testing and leak repair, not leak detection or pinpointing (a separate specialized trade we refer out, then handle the repair).
- Commercial work is bid per property (scope, pool count, finish, and phasing vary), scoped after a walkthrough rather than from a price list. Phased scheduling keeps the amenity open where possible.
