Can you resurface our community pool without closing it all season?+

Yes. We plan the drain, prep, resurface, and cure sequence around your community calendar and target the shortest realistic closure, then commit that window in writing so the board and residents know exactly when the amenity returns.

Do you work directly with our property management company?+

We do. Much of our community work runs through a regional property manager or a management portfolio, and we keep that manager and the board copied on the same updates so nobody is hearing about the project secondhand.

What resurfacing finishes do you offer for amenity pools?+

We install plaster, pebble, and quartz finishes and can retile waterlines and replace coping in the same visit. We will recommend the finish that balances durability against budget for a high-traffic community pool.

Our amenity pool is losing water. Can you help?+

We handle pressure testing and leak repair. If the leak has to be pinpointed first, we can refer you to a leak detection specialist and then carry out the repair, so the amenity is back in service before peak season.

Can you build a brand-new pool for a new apartment community?+

Yes, within our Tennessee small commercial license. We build new amenity pools for apartment and condo developments and handle the surrounding deck and hardscape as one coordinated package.

How is an amenity pool project priced?+
