Resort pool courtyard and hardscape at the Snowflakes in the Smokies hospitality project in the Tennessee Smokies

Hotel & Resort Pools

Guest-ready water for small hospitality.

Pool construction, renovation, resurfacing, and hardscape for hotels, inns, and small hospitality properties across East Tennessee. We work with business and downtown hotels in Knoxville and Oak Ridge, interstate-corridor and roadside properties, and resort operators in the Smokies, building and rebuilding guest pools, spas, and the decks around them on a schedule that protects your busiest weeks. Our resort courtyard at Snowflakes in the Smokies is one example of the finish we bring to hospitality, and the same crew and standard travel to a limited-service hotel off Kingston Pike just as readily. Licensed for residential and small commercial work in Tennessee (#77919). We do not take on municipal aquatic centers or water parks.

Why Morales

Where Hospitality Meets the Water

From downtown Knoxville to the Smokies

Hotels sit everywhere in East Tennessee, not only on the tourist strip. We serve business hotels in Knoxville and Oak Ridge, interstate-corridor properties, and Smokies resorts alike, matching the build to the guest a property actually hosts, whether that is a midweek conference crowd or a week of mountain vacationers.

Proven finish, shown at a real resort

On the Snowflakes in the Smokies job we set coping, laid porcelain and pavers, raised retaining walls, and worked in turf and fire features around a resort pool. That courtyard is the caliber a guest photographs and posts, and it is the bar we hold on every hospitality property regardless of address.

The pool is ready when guests are

A hotel lives on availability, and a fenced-off deck during a booked weekend reads as neglect. We push the disruptive work into your slower stretch and hand back a finished amenity ahead of the arrivals that fill your rooms.

We build to the public-pool standard

A hotel, motel, or resort pool is a Type B public pool under Tennessee Department of Health Rule 1200-23-05, so it answers to the health department. We construct and remodel to that rule, fitting the required barriers, signage, anti-entrapment drain covers, and water-quality equipment, and we sequence around the inspection so the amenity opens cleared rather than flagged.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Do you take hotel and resort pool projects?+

Yes, within our Tennessee small commercial license. We serve hotels, inns, resort cottages, and other small hospitality properties from Knoxville and Oak Ridge out to the Smokies. We do not take on municipal aquatic centers or water parks.

Do you only work on resort pools in the Smokies?+

No. The Smokies resort work is the most visible, but plenty of our hospitality projects are ordinary business and highway hotels around Knoxville and the wider metro. Wherever the property sits, its pool gets the same crew, license, and finish standard.

Can you renovate our hotel pool without shutting us down for the season?+

We schedule the heavy work for your slower months and stage it so as much of the property stays usable as possible, then reopen the pool ahead of your next busy stretch. We set that timeline up front so your front desk can plan around it.

Can you handle the deck and courtyard, not just the pool?+

Yes. We treat the pool, the deck, the walls, and the surrounding hardscape as one project under a single manager, which is usually what a guest-facing amenity space needs to feel finished.

Our hotel pool is leaking. What can you do?+

We perform pressure testing and leak repair. If the source needs locating first, we can refer a leak detection specialist and then complete the repair so the amenity is dependable for guests.

How much does a hospitality pool project cost?+

Hospitality work is bid per property based on scope, pool and deck condition, finish, and how we phase around your calendar, so there is no fixed price. Request a walkthrough and we will scope it and send a written estimate.
