Before We Build
Tell Us About the Project
Fill out the form or run the instant estimator. Two minutes gets us your yard, your rough scope, and a budget range so nobody is guessing. This costs you nothing.
Free Phone Consultation
We call you. We talk through what you want, what it realistically costs in East Tennessee, and how your timeline lines up with our calendar. If we are not the right builder for your project, this is where we say so and point you somewhere better.
Your Prep Work
You send us photos, rough measurements, and anything you already have: a survey, HOA paperwork, even a quote from another builder. We want the dimensions and scope from those, not the pricing, so black out the numbers if you want to. This is the step that makes everything after it sharper.
See exactly what to send usOn-Site Design Consultation, $200
We come out and do real work: drone footage, exact measurements, a read on your grade and drainage and access, the material catalog in hand, and a detailed written proposal built for your yard. Credited in full toward your project. We invoice it after the phone call, and we schedule the visit once it is paid.
Design and Proposal
We turn the site visit into a real plan: layout, materials, and an itemized number. On larger pool and outdoor-living projects we can produce a visual design so you can see the space before you commit to it.
The Build
Contract and Start Date
You sign, we take a deposit to hold materials and your place on the calendar, and we set a tentative start date. The payment schedule is tied to milestones and it is in writing before you sign anything.
Permits, HOA, and Utility Locates
We handle permitting, HOA and ARC submittals, and utility locates. You do not chase paperwork, and nothing breaks ground until the approvals are right.
We Build
Our crew and our vetted trade partners execute the build under our direction, with daily progress photos and updates in your client portal. One point of contact the whole way.
Walkthrough and Cleanup
We walk every detail with you before we call it done, then haul off our debris and grade the work area so the space is ready to use the day we leave.
Final Payment and Follow-Up
Final payment closes out the build, but not the relationship. We check in at 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, and 12 months, and we are a phone call away after that.
Because It Is Real Work
You Get Something
Drone footage, exact measurements, and a written proposal built for your specific yard. That is a half day of skilled work, not a sales call, and it is yours whether you hire us or not.
You Get It Back
$200 comes straight off your project when you move forward. If you build with us, the consultation was free after all.
You Get Our Attention
Fewer, better visits means the homeowners we do sit down with get real time and a real plan instead of a builder who is already late to the next stop.
To be clear about what this is not: it is not a deposit, and we never ask for project money before there is a signed agreement and a schedule. Be wary of any contractor who does.
We Stand Behind Our Work
Quality craftsmanship is the standard on every project, and we are always a phone call away after the build is complete.
We Follow Up
We proactively follow up with you at 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, and 12 months to ensure you are delighted with your new space.
"I built this company on one idea: treat every backyard like it is my own, and tell you the truth even when it is not what you want to hear. When you hire us, you get me, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. That is a promise."

Real Backyards, Built This Way
Every one of these started with the same first conversation. Here is where that process ends up.
Let's Have That First Conversation.
Step one costs nothing and takes two minutes. No pressure, no games, just an honest conversation about your backyard and what it takes to get there.
