The Short Answer
The deck and hardscape around a commercial pool takes as much wear as the pool itself, and it is the first thing residents and prospects notice. We build and renovate commercial pool decks, paver patios, retaining walls, and amenity spaces for apartment communities and HOAs across East Tennessee, engineered for heavy shared use and our region's clay soil and freeze-thaw cycles.
Commercial hardscape is bid per property based on scope, area, materials, and phasing. Request a walkthrough for a scoped estimate.
Built for Traffic, Not Just Looks
A backyard patio sees one family. An amenity deck sees a whole community, every day, all season. That changes the engineering: the base has to be built deeper and compacted harder, the surface has to resist slips and heat, drainage has to move real volume, and access has to work for everyone. We build the base right so the deck does not shift, settle, or heave a few seasons in.
What We Build
- Commercial pool decks in pavers, travertine, and concrete alternatives
- Paver patios and amenity gathering spaces
- Retaining walls to correct slope and create usable terraces
- Walkways and pool-area access
- Fire features and outdoor amenity spaces where the property calls for it
Accessible and Code-Aware
Commercial pool areas carry access and safety requirements that a backyard does not. We build with those in mind and confirm the requirements for your jurisdiction as part of the project, so the finished space works for every resident and is ready for inspection.
A Real Commercial Project
We delivered the hardscape for a commercial resort in Pigeon Forge, with pavers and turf built to handle resort-level traffic and finish. We bring that same standard to apartment and HOA amenity spaces. See it in our portfolio.
Scope We Serve
We are licensed in Tennessee for residential and small commercial work (#77919), serving apartment and multifamily communities, HOAs and condos, property managers, and small hospitality. We do not take on municipal aquatic centers or water parks.
